Zenbase sends the full rent on the date your first SplitRent payment is successfully completed. You choose that date from the 1st–5th.
Possibly. If your first payment date is after the due date in your lease, ask your landlord whether a grace period or late fee applies.
The first payment is made by e-Transfer. The second is withdrawn using an eligible method you select, such as EFT, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard.
Choose a second payment date that fits your income schedule. The monthly SplitRent balance must be paid in full by the 26th.
